A new year full to the brim with concerts!  Here are the ones that I am/plan on going to so far:


Bottle Cap Label - January 17
One OK Rock - January 24 (need to buy ticket)
Fall Out Boy - February 6 (need to pay friend for ticket)
Flumpool - March 1 (need to buy ticket)


Of course, you can all assume that as soon as Arashi does another tour, I will be going to every single show.  Or, at least as many as I can afford to go to.  x3  Possibly a Kanjani 8 show, too, if they do a tour while I'm still here.  They look ridiculously fun to have a concert with.  But mainly, this is Arashi's year, and I'mma see my boys in style.  <3

Oh, and if I recall correctly, Cobra Starship is doing a concert or two in Tokyo sometime later in January/February.  I would love to be able to go see that and be all, "HEY I SAW YOU IN IOWA. :D".

Mucc is being dumb and touring overseas currently.  LAME.  C'mon, Tatsuro... You said you'd see me again!  What is this crap touring the states?  Get your ass back here to your own damn country and tour here, bitch.  >[

I made some New Years Resolutions.  Wanna hear them?  Of course you do!  :D

1. Write & send Ohno at least one letter.  I'm here in Japan.  Should I pass up the oppertunity to communicate with my idol?  I think not!
2. Make more Japanese friends.  Ties in with...
3. Speak more Japanese.  Read more Japanese.  Write more Japanese.  I need to keep up with my translating projects and I should watch Japanee TV instead of watching movies on my computer.

Yeah, that's about it.  Other than those three things, I'm pretty damn content with my life at the moment.  :]

Anyways, it's been a while since I updated. I've been in kind of a roller coaster of a mood over the last week or so, but the last couple of days have put me in a mood I hope will never be destroyed.

I met Courtney, Chelsea's little sister, finally over the weekend. Bort, Chelsea, me, Yuto, and Anne went to see いおじゅまからのてがみ on Saturday.

Seriously. And I'm not just saying that because Nino-kun was in it. He's actually an amazing actor. I didn't know this, but Chelsea told me that he started his acting career before he even joined Arashi. I was surprised by this. But after watching Letters, this tidbit of information does not surprise me at all. I'm so proud of Nino-kun! <3

Then yesterday, I rode with Chelsea to drop Courtney back off in Dysart. That was super fun! As we got closer to Chelsea's house, I got more and more worried about being attacked by one of the many resident (gomen na, I can't spell...) rotweilers. But it turned out alright. Nacho scared me a bit when I got out of the truck, especially when he growled, but he didn't jump up on me like Kazu did. I was a little uncomfortable with that, but I survived.

The puppies are so cute! I was looking at them and wondering just how I could be afraid of something so small and adorable. And Mittens seems to tolerate me, which is good, since I'll be living with her next year.  But seeing her and Chelsea made me miss my kitty... ;-;

Anyways, I finally got to see the Nastyface-less roadtrip!  ^_^ v  OMG, I realized how much I'm in love with Satoshi.  He's such a dork!  But I would so have sex with him.

Speaking of, I hope I'm able to go to Japan this summer.  Then Chelsea and I can kidnap Anne and Yuto and take them either to Music Station or to an actual Arashi Concert.  'Coz they will be touring this summer.  OMG, if I don't go... I don't even want to think about how horribly depressed I'll be.

Well, that's my update for the time being.  I'm gonna go fangirl over my boys for a few more minutes before I rush off to class, ne.
